Hi. I’m Stephanie and Welcome!
I have worked in the nutrition field for over 25 years and my passion is helping others take control of their health. I have experience in many areas including kidney disease, diabetes, geriatrics, and also managed a health food store. It was my own health problems that landed me here. My battle with chronic inflammation, insomnia, and joint pain for years, and unable to figure out the cause. This led me into functional medicine, and I have not looked back since. The functional approach addresses the whole person, instead of an isolated symptom.
The foods we eat, air we breathe, and how we manage our stress are directly related to our health. I believe all aspects of our health are just as important as the foods we put in our body. To really achieve optimal health, we need to include our physical, emotional, genetic, social, and spiritual well-being. Aligning all of these aspects put you in the driver’s seat and feeling your best!
